 Pre-Conference Workshop on Digitisation of Erasmus Procedures for Higher Music Education Institutions

NB: This session is not only for EASY MO internal users, but it is open to all institutions willing to discuss current status and issues related to the digitisation of the Erasmus procedures.

Different sessions will address the following topics:

  • EASY Mobility Online System: process, settings, issues (with possibility to discuss technical issues with SoP) improvements and future directions;
  • Current status and issues related to the Digitisation of Erasmus Procedures in Higher Music Education Institutions. Where are we? Where are we going? How can we go towards a digital future together? (following the online survey that will be sent to all AEC’s IRC in the coming weeks)

The sessions will feature both presentations and discussions and will feed the AEC feedback to the European Commission’s large-scale consultations with the higher education community to shape the future of digital Erasmus
Thursday 18th September 9:30 – 12:30 Parallel pre-conference training sessions on:

1 -Understanding Erasmus+ Mobility: presentations and discussions on KA 131 rules for student and staff mobility, processes and shared principles for collaboration.

2- Understanding Funding Opportunities: presentations and hands-on excercises on KA171 ICM, Capacity Building, Jean Monnet, Creative Europe and KA220 Cooperation Partnerships (with the example of Harma Hub)

 

IRC Meeting Opening session at 14:30, + AEC Talk 1

Parallel sessions (repeated) on project evaluation, AI for international offices, students’ well-being and BIPs
Friday 19th September AEC Talk 2 on Cooperation with Africa, Discussion Groups, and Networking Activity
Saturday 20th September AEC Talk 3 on Trends of Internationalisation, discussion groups, closing session, food sharing (end: 13:30)
