AEC General Assembly 2026
AEC General Assembly 2026 will take place on Saturday 7 November from 14:30 to 16:30 CET in Hamburg.
Voting for the elections of the Executive and Council and vote on the proposed changes to the AEC Statut will, be conducted online.
To be able to vote while you are in Hamburg, you will need access to the email you register with now. Please include the email to which you will have access DURING the GA – which might be your private email address.
You cannot vote if you are not physically present in the room. Only one representative of AEC active members can vote.
The deadline for registering is 6 November 2026 (15:00 CET).
