The kick-off meeting of the Opera Out of Opera 2 (OOO2) project, co-funded by the Creative Europe programme, took place on 27 September in Rome, Italy, gathering representatives from all project partners in a full-day meeting programme.

In addition to Conservatorio di Musica Santa Cecilia (Rome, Italy) as project coordinator, the consortium includes Mozarteum University (Salzburg, Austria), Oslo National Academy of the Arts, The Academy of Opera (Oslo, Norway), Stockholm University of the Arts, University College of Opera (Stockholm, Sweden), Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo (Porto, Portugal), Nova Opera (Kyiv, Ukraine), WallMuse (Paris, France), AP. Jeunesses Musicales Croatia HGM (Zagreb, Croatia, as associate partners) and the AEC.

OOO2 builds upon the first edition of the project, arising from the common need of partners to re-launch and make new, younger generations rediscover Opera. AEC, as coordinator of the communication and dissemination of the project outcomes, delivered a presentation on visual identity and communication strategies, aimed at communicating and disseminating the project activities at international, national and local levels.

Furthermore, as part of the Audience Engagement Strategy, project partners have prepared a short questionnaire in order to collect input and ideas on how to develop tailored engagement tactics, to be implemented through the project activities. The questionnaire is meant for people NOT familiar with Opera, aged from 14, and can be accessed here below:
